Can you travel for groups?
Yes, Eugene can travel for a minimum group of 3 or more people, subject to travel fees. Minimum makeup bookings may vary based on the location.

Please note any parking fees incurred during the booking will be the responsibility of the client.

Are deposits refundable?
No, all deposits are non-refundable and transferrable. If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
How far can I book in advance?
Event bookings can be made online up to 12 months in advance. Bridal bookings can be made up to 18 months in advance.
When should I book in my bridal trial?
It is recommended to book your bridal trial 2-3 months before your wedding date. However, feel free to choose a time that works best for you and fits into your pre-wedding plans.
Where is the studio located?
Event bookings are currently taken place in Eugene's home studio in Mermaid Beach or at the salon in Robina, QLD. The exact address will be sent out via text with confirmation of your booking.
Can I make changes to my group booking/ bridal booking?
If you wish to make any adjustments to your getting-ready location or the number of makeup, please reach out at beautybyeugene@gmail.com. We'll be more than happy to provide you with an updated quote tailored to your needs. Kindly note that for on-location bookings, there is a minimum charge. Please get in touch to confirm the minimum requirements for your specific location as it may vary.
